Weather: 40s and relatively mild, no gloves
Comments:
Zeke "Stats" Cohen and Gabe "OEOB" Lerner came by my house at 4 for a steady run. Made up a zig-zagging route through Somerset a portion of un-plowed Little Falls trail, some nicely plowed Crescent trail, Chevy Chase, MD, and Conn Ave. Pace was solid by the end, and I frequently turned the conversation to my distant glory days, but the company was very indulgent and even oohed and aahhed at the right spots while perusing my college logs.
