Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did a Commonland right after my AP bio test. The test wasn't as bad as I thought. So the run afterwards was nice. I kept it fairly controlled and was just in the zone while having fun. I started out slow and let the pace just take me. Nothing too much to say. Legs felt great. I find it crazy that one day some new kid who is into running as much as me will go back through my logs and sees everything I have done and accomplished. That's why I write so much on these logs so hopefully one day that kid and hopefully more than one person will go through my logs and learn a few things, learn from my mistakes and the things that I did right to get to where I am. But the main thing is that training is different for everyone. Some training works for some people some training works for others so you can't really do the exact thing that I'm doing right now. Add in the stuff that works for you too. Also always keep a forward mindset in which you always wanna push a little more to get a little better each season, month, week, even days. I will be excited to see who the next generation of great runners of Ithaca XC/TF are and I know I will keep track of it. I hope they keep logging too so that they can see all of the stuff I've logged.
