Well, I definitely think the cookie run idea should never happen ever again! haha! The group I was running with (Jessica, Rachael, and Julie) were all like "Let's go on the cookie run to Albertson's!" It sounded like an amazing idea, especially since I was starving, but wasn't so great after it was all over:) haha! But we finished our run through Chateau and up Linder. It got easier as I pushed through the pain and finished my run strong. I really like doing strides after my work out because it really helps me wind things down after a run. It helps my work out feel like a better work out and helps things run more smoothly. So, it was a good run, but I could definitely have done with out the cookie;)Other than that, I felt pretty strong.
