legs felt completely dead at the start, so I figured that I would take it easy... but I eventually got into a nice groove and I think I ended up steadily increasing the pace from miles 5-13... estimated pace was 6:20-6:30, no slower... happy with the run overall, and even felt pretty good after too... http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=3148579
