Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This morning I chose to do ten minutes fast, 5 minutes slower, ten minutes faster thing instead of fartleks. I felt great! I was able to keep up a good pace on the way out and the way back. On the way back, I ran faster. I really enjoyed this workout. I also liked where we were running. It was a nice little trail away from the usual traffic we usually have to run next to.
