MONSTER WORKOUT

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did a cutdown ladder, 1x5 lap, 3x2 laps, 2x1 lap. Rest was an ab circuit between the first four, 3 minutes rest between the last two. Splits were 4:51, 1:52,1:51,1:52,45,48. Pretty sure that I set personal best from 300-the mile today. Solid workout, but I'm definitely going to be sore in the morning! 10 minute warmup and cooldown make for a ten mile day. Not going to put in all of the reps because it won't let me.
