Started out well today... no cramps and no dehydration. The warm up and tempo, I thought, went great even. In's and out's were also quite good. Left leg, hamstring and calf stated to seize up during the walking sections in between the 100 meter accelerations. After the we finished with the 50 meter accelerations, I talked with Coach and we agreed to try and avoid a repeat of last year. Did the cool down with Silas, who was also having issues. Could not even finish the cool down, my left hamstring got super tight in the latter half of the cool down.

Hamstring is still very tight a few hours later, hope it is just a minor inconvenience.
