Ran 9:29 for 3000m, went through 1600m in about 5:04. SL told me to start comfortably and continue moving up. Did just that and passed lots of guys, still ended up with a slow time. Eh. Just need to exercise patience, believe in the training. Lacey won the women's 3k!
