Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did a nice and easy run today, only a police station. Wanted to make sure that nothing was injured. Thankfully, everything seems relatively ok, my left calf was a little sore during the run.

Experienced some hamstring soreness before and after the run. Surprisingly, there was no pain or discomfort in my hamstring during the run.

I believe I will be able to go to Barton tomorrow. Will make sure to take it easy, as to not over-stress some already tender ligaments.
