One of the worst runs I've had in awhile, if not the worse run I've ever had. I went a little too hard lifting yesterday and that night I felt a little pain in my back. I guess I pulled something so when I woke up my chest was all tight and I had trouble breathing and my back hurt a ton. I decided that I should run today to just see how it felt. I was doing alright at the beginning but as the run went on it became harder and harder to breathe and I sounded like I smoked 10 packs a day. I was like gasping for air while trying to keep up with the other guys. I was maybe 10-20 meters behind in Giles trails but stayed with them from there on after that. Me and Soren decided not to extend so we headed right back in. It sucks that this had to happen. I called my chiropractor and have a meeting after school and will see how I feel for the workout.
