Treadmill 4.1 A little faster

Comments:
Went to Planet Fitness in the afternoon again to do a run, nice process and result. Did 10 minute pace for the first 2 miles and then ended up running 4 miles in 35:15 or so. Best I have had on the treadmill in a while, at least 8:52 average, no sore achilles today.
