Comments:
Today was optional practice and I was the only distance girl there. I felt kind of tired today and I hadn't been on a steady run since Sunday (sprinting Mon + Wed, cross-training Tues). Overall it was an ok run with Christian (and for the first bit Jeff). I started out a little bit too fast for my liking, but I mellowed out as the run went on.
