Sprinting!!

February 3, 2016 (Afternoon)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: rainy outside, but all work inside :(

Comments:
We warmed up and then we did race simulations I guess.... where we sit and move our arms as if we are running a race. Then we did some cardio/dynamics with William. We did sprints down the 2nd floor hallway, up the stairs, down the 3rd floor hallway, down the stairs and back up the down the 2nd floor hallway (1x2 and 4x1). Then we did a weight circuit. The fun part was when Max and I alternated pull-ups so we only had to do one at a time :)
