I went a little too fast at the first couple because it is hard to stay slow enough at the beginning sometimes. 1:1 recovery until the last couple because I was dying, super tough workout. Didnt want to do the last 1000 but made myself complete it. Gave myself some more recovery time so I could finish the last 1000. Shins have been great up to this point, they are still very good almost no pain but I think I am noticing a slight amount of pain now. Not worried about them at this point yet.
