Weather: sunny and high 30s
Comments:
Went on a run around my neighborhood after breakfast. Ran down 44th and went on the trail, up the 44th street hill to AU, came back down, ran the Macomb hill and ran back to my house.
Didn't really plan my route so more hilly than expected, did some striders and strength when I got back.
So excited to run the 800 and the 200 tomorrow!!
