elliptical's extravaganza

Exercise Type: Elliptical

Comments:
lifted upper body before "running". Was tight at start but loosened up after 5 mins or so. Distance was somehow less than monday, but pretty close. It was certainly a harder workout, more resistance overall and more calories burnt (whatever that's worth). Did light abs after. Elliptical sucks and I'm surrounded by chicks who are working on toning their asses, but oh well. I'm sure I look pretty ridiculous considering I'm running furiously on it and pouring out the sweat. I think my 5k on july 26th will be my first day back running. It can't come soon enough.
