Comments:
Did the final Five lap time trial today at Power, and ran a 4:48, which roughly translates to under five! Pretty good considering I ran solo and had a stomach ache during 8th period. Did a 10 minute warmup and a 30 minute cooldown afterwards.
Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard.
