Today was not the greatest. Feeling a little better but not mentally ready to race.
Race went out fast, I got boxed in, came through in :36, pretty far back. Struggled through the second lap with a :37. Back and forth mentally in terms of trying to compete. Actually pretty happy with my decision to stay in it and not wimp out. Took off with 300m to go and passed several people. First Case person to finish. Last two laps were :37, :37. 2:28 overall. One second slower than last week but not bad considering. Positives: my third and fourth laps weren't slower, I was mentally tough and actually ran the race.
