riverfront park bridge loop. started out well, then hit a major wall and was out of breath at about 3 miles. didn't eat today and felt dehydrated from a B vitamin, core torque was the only thing keeping my pace respectable, I was completely annihilated at the end. wore watch and ipod on right hand because of cut on left thumb
