Did NOT feel like running. Was supposed to do this run yesterday. 1 Mile Warmup, 2 Miles Tempo, 1 Mile cool down. Was supposed to maintain an 8:15 min/mile pace for tempo. Ha Ha. SOOOO out of shape.
