Comments:
5-10 block starts to practice for the open 400 this coming weekend. Shins are starting to hurt a little but thats alright at this far into the season. Trying to manage them as much as possible. Legs a little sore from lifting yesterday and from the block starts. Got a few sprints in because of the starts.
