Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Solid flat run with a good pace. ran with Silas for most of it and Neil and Soren were like 100+ meters ahead. I've had 2 tough days so I decided that it was better to take it easier. I was set on a certain pace and I didn't care if anyone ran with me but i wanted to be easy. Luckily Silas wanted to keep it easy too. I feel like its a very Americanized thing to keep pushing over and over and I am guilty of that here and there but I'm gonna change that now. Easy runs will be 7:15 pace or so and workout will be when I get the heavy work in. Got back did drills and a few strides then did some body lifting w/out weights. Then got in some easier abs with Silas they felt fine to me. Gonna try to do abs every other day from now on.
