Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Nice easier run with Silas. Tried to stay as relaxed as possible but don't really know how I did. Gonna keep the log short since I want some sleep. Crazy that I hardly knew Silas at all a year ago. Extended through fall creek to get a little extra mileage. Got back and did a bunch of drills, strides, some body lifting w/out weights, abs and hips. Good to be doing more abs again.
