Weather: Sunny, not bad weather

Comments:
we had a hard workout today. it didn't really feel that difficult. we did 4xmile at 20-30 sec slower than 5k pace, with really short breaks. i went with mark all 4 of them, and coach said mark is in a 16:40 shape.so breaking 17min at the farm park is possible. that is my big goal for the beginning of the season. overall felt good.
