Comments:
6:00 pm: I felt really stiff when I got started. 2 miles up, then I did 3 loops on the bottom of tempo'ing the dirt sections (1 mile) and going about 7:00 pace on the concrete sections (.3 miles). After the loops I went straight into about 1.25 miles basically uphill at A1/A3. Did 5 miles with Professor Hartlaub as a cooldown. A good day in the books.
