Pre Hoxton

Carved out a bit of time before the Hoxton started. The team independently warmed up and got started while I ran. Dwyer jumped in and chatted for a fair number of laps, which distracted me from doing a more focused workout. Instead, I just accelerated as I loosened up and ran two progressive miles which flowed right into a fast 800 in 2:50. I recovered for a steady lap and then ran (not quite sprinting) for a 35.6 second 200. Must have mis-counted my recovery laps, because I think I went past three miles to 5km. Felt good to get a quick bit of running in when it was so cold (20) outside all day.

Splits were 7:40, 7:08, ~6:20 (800m=2:50, 200m recov=:55, 200m strong=35.6, 600m cool down=2:49)
