Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
3 mile warm up, 5k race, 4 mile cooldown. felt pretty strong, felt like i was in beginning of the season type shape. 16:36. splits were 5:13, 5:18, 6:05 for the final mile and a tenth. overall i'm pretty happy with it, but i think i can go a good bit faster. we'll see. morning shakeout tomorrow ought to feel good.
