Cornell run

Longest run I've had yet and it felt just fine. The weather hardly affected me since I was pretty bundled up. It was cold though but I just didn't feel it. Below 10 degrees for sure. I kept the pace very consistent throughout until the last 2 miles or so where the pace got picked up a little. I was thinking about what Weishaar said which is you can always make your runs longer just as long is the pace is a little slower. So I just kept running till my legs felt a little tired then stopped. The run felt just as long as any other for some reason. Streched, rolled, abs, and hips at night. Gonna do the same tomorrow gotta build up some strength for those coach Hunter abs. The run was the same I did like 2 or 3 weeks ago with an extension through Cass.
