Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went to the gym in the early afternoon and and got a nice 6.7 in. Did 6.5 in one hour, progressively faster until the 44 minute mark, then relaxed a bit for a few minutes, then brought it back up. Good effort, no issues, felt good. Lets see how the right leg Achilles reacts.
