Woke up at 5:00, but was slow to hit treadmill and have to be in shower by 5:50 to beat son into the bathroom before he wakes up for school at 6:00. I just did slightly more intense - 3.0 for 5 mins, 3.5 for 5 mins at 2.5 incline, 4.0 for 5 mins, 4.0 mph for 5 minutes at 2.5 incline, 3.5 mph at 5.0 incline for remaining 5 minutes for total of 25 minutes. Goal is 60 minute walk and workout for early morning Saturday
