Weather: Cool and clear again. Almost chilly at the end.

Comments:
Did the 15k hills route today in an attempt to get some hills work in and to also get acclimated to the long distance legs I'll have at RTB. Have tried to push the speed up the last two days I was more interested in steady state today. Legs started to feel like rubber towards the end, but the pace was lower than I expected. Once I get moving it seems hard to keep the speed down, which I guess is a good thing. Day off tomorrow.
