Comments:
M.H.S. track around 6:00 p.m.
So I'm not happy with myself, that I didn't get out during daylight.
So, I'm telling myself that I must do a minimum of 12 laps. 4-8-12, still not hurting but my breathing is easy; I'm at a pace I can handle. Next thing I'm finishing 16; now they're one at a time.
Final total is 20 laps, x 440m=8800m.
