Weather: Tranquil, clear, high 30's
Comments:
Looped out the far side of the first lake to Shaker to Lee then out to the bridge across the bottom of the second lake. Back via North Park. Legs were tired, but really felt good on this run. In a real solid place mentally as far as training goes.
