Just me and Silas today, again. We just decided to makeup a run as we went on. We went into the commons back down into Stewart and back around the high school. Just keeping today and tomorrow fairly easy. This week will definitely be a little less mileage than last week and next week. I'm hoping next week will be a lot of mileage hopefully I'll get my first 60 mile week yet but I just gotta listen to my body. Anyways did a hip and ab workout during gym class since I had some free time so didn't have to do that after school. Nothing much more to say.
