Tri meet 5k

Ran 5:29 and got out pretty much in last, then picked up a lot of guys over the next mile running 5:25, but then had a mental lapse and ran about 5:4x. Overall a good race though, and next week I will try harder to stay focused on that third mile. I think the hills will help me. I think I ran 17:21 which is fine. I didn't feel great and had trouble getting going but I am not really in 5k shape right now.
