Comments:
Morning workout with Vaughn, Grogan, and Drew. warmed up from the house to the meadow, then up the hill and back down MLK. 10x hill loop from past week. easily my best workout so far this season. hung with vaughn and grogan, although they had to slow down a bit for me and drew on the recoveries. was working my ass off, but stayed a lot more relaxed and in control than last week on the hills, so i was happy. cooldown up through chestnut hills and back to the house. abs and pushups afterwards.
