Weather: 45 degrees and getting dark
Comments:
M.H.S. track. around 5:00 p.m. There were people there; I'm not alone. (must be the weather)
Started out not knowing how far I'd go; but I've made up my mind that everything for the next 3 weeks will be directed at improving my endurance. After that I'll introduce "pace intervals".
