Speed and Handoff Practice

These times are based on memory, might be off very slightly but I was never over my goal of :33 for 200's and never above 1:07 goal for the 400's
Did warmup on arc trainer 15 minutes
more warmup on track for 5 minutes
Cooldown 5 minutes on bike

Then went to practice handoffs with the 4x2 team. Did a little warmup and cooldown for that. Probably did around 8 short sprints for the handoff practice
