Kids have a snow day and I ran inside. Wanted to get in 10 miles and did it. A run of 6.4 and then 3.7. Nothing great for time but managed in the high nines with purposely going slow. Had white around my mouth when done. Weighed 183 when finished. Have lost 22 pounds since November.
