Comments:
Did rep sets today...it was pretty tough but at the same time felt pretty good. However, after like a set or so the outside of my knee was bothering me and i have no idea how it happened i didn't feel anything before the workout...there were a lot of spots where the footing wasn't the greatest and maybe with the bad stability of flats it somehow hurt my knee? I'm not sure but I sure hope its alright and pray it isn't a stress fracture.
