Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
7 minutes of warmup, then 15 minutes of 40 seconds hard and 20 seconds easy. I did my cool down to 35 so that it would be a nice number. In addition to other strength, I did my PT exercises and rolled. (as I have been all week but forgot to mention in my log)
Also, today was an extremely important day for me as I completed my first ever pull-up!!
