Comments:
6x400m - Ran negative splits. Started at 87(to slow) finished with 69(weeeee) ran each one about 3 seconds faster than the previous though the last one was probably 5-6 seconds faster.

8x200m. 4@40s(goal), 3@37s(hard to stay on pace) last one with me trying to catch Reed and Veronica trying to catch me was 29s. We nearly caught Reed.

Both the 400m and the 200m fast ones are scary fast...
