tie-dye

March 7, 2016 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Went on a short run during my free to see how my it band felt. it was somewhat improved. It took around 8 minutes to start hurting and never got that bad, although it probably would have had I kept going. I just went to western and back but it was really nice to be outside on a beautiful day. I went and cross training for 20 minutes after. I planned to go 30 minutes but it was bothering the it band a little bit.
this afternoon I went to an allergist about my breathing. everything was fairly normal since I happened to be feeling good today. I also got tested for a bunch of allergies. I'm mildly allergic to trees, pollen, mold, cockroaches, and sadly, dogs. the doctor gave me a pill and an inhaler both to be taken once a day. I've been on that pill before and used an inhaler that is stronger than the one he gave me and neither worked, so I'm a little bit dubious but we're giving this a try and hopefully this will take care of it. One of the nurses really liked the tie dye shirt I made at xc camp this year, and also said I looked a lot like Celia, whoever that is.

Good luck to everyone at the meet!
