Comments:
Did a nice easy run with Meghan this morning. Felt really good. Good recovery for the meet Saturday although the lifting later really beat me up. The run was real nice I'm glad I got it out of the way early today. I feel good for Saturday so hopefully I can run better there than I did at Wooster. Feeling about the same as yesterday sickness wise. Hopefully it'll all clear up by Saturday.
