First day of Track!!!

Comments:
I woke up feeling kind of weird, but I was so excited about track that I just ignored it and went to school. The morning wasn't too bad, except occasionally all I could hear was a ringing noise and everything seemed fuzzy. I ate close to nothing for breakfast so I expected to be hungry for lunch but I only had a few bites of some bread before I felt nauseous. The afternoon was worse, I felt like I was about to pass out and my teachers kept asking me simple questions and I couldn't answer any of them. I decided to go to track practice, but maybe not run.
I ended up running anyway, but I turned around after about 12 minutes and didn't do any strides.

When I got home I ate a turkey burger (yes the whole thing!) although I didn't feel too great after. Later in the evening, I started shaking so badly I couldn't do anything except lie in bed. My mom had to dry my hair for me because I literally had no control over myself. I couldn't even do things like writing since my hand kept jumping around the page.
So today wasn't exactly the best start to the season. I'll probably skip school tomorrow and hopefully get better by Wednesday.
