Comments:
decided I should try and do the full run. Now my hamstring hurts... should have seen that coming. Coach commented after the run that my feet go very high behind me. As high during a warm up mile as they would during a mile or 1500m race. A change to my running form might relieve me of the pain I have been experiencing in my hamstrings recently.
