yayyyyy!!!! This felt like the first day of real running! I went to AU with the team, did a half mile extended warmup with them, cheered for a bit, and then ran back with Sarah, Thea, Ari, and India. My IT band did hurt but it didn't worsen much over the course of the 33 minutes and the pain was definitely less than it has been. so great to be outside running on a nice day
