Biked to practice, feeling sluggish. Ran to AU with a drawstring backpack and Matt Ishimaru... Feeling sluggish. Tired one fartlek lap with May and Boyer in which they dusted me on both straights... Felt sluggish. Ran back to school with some boys feeling very sluggish. UGH
