Hill workout

Comments:
Kind of hard to log this workout. Before the workout we did the mile warmup then jogged another 11 mins around the high school. The workout was:
5x 30sec uphill at mile effort - 20sec uphill at in between mile and 800 effort -10sec up at 800 effort. The recovery was a jog back down. Got about .11 miles in 30 sec .07 in 20 sec and .05 in 10sec. That means 1.15 miles of workout in 5 mins then 1.15 miles of recovery. Then we did a 21 min cool down afterwards. Short day today. The hills felt good to me my legs never really felt fatigued and never felt like I was pushing much. Solid day for the rest of the guys. Especially Ronan and James who did 5 sets on their second day back. It's crazy that there's only 31 more days til our first invitiational. 31 days to get ready. It's interesting that they split state quals into 2 days I'll see how that's gonna affect what races I pick. Also I found out the CNS meet isnt only relays it also has normal events too.
