Weather: beautiful!! sunny 70s
Comments:
I wasn't feeling the greatest today (a cold/cough, stress) but was advised to go for a run anyway. I'm so glad I did!! I got some great life advice from Hannah (to surround myself with nice people who I think actually care), and some running form advice from Anthony.
For the actual run, it was an okay recovery run
